Adoption Process
Welcome to All Creatures Animal Services (ACAS). Kaz endeavors to help find the most compatible families for the animals that come her way. However, ACAS is not a shelter, nor does Kaz have the capacity to take in large numbers of animals.
Please download, read and complete the adoption questionnaire carefully, understanding the lifelong commitment needed from you, by the animal you seek to add to your family.
Answering the adoption questionnaire honestly, not only helps Kaz to ensure a good fit with the animal you wish to adopt, but it also allows you time to seriously consider your ability to commit to the care of the animal.
ACAS requires that to be considered as an adopter, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Have identification showing your present address

Be able, willing and financially comfortable enough to provide any and all basic needs & medical treatment that may be required in the duration of the animals life.

Completion of the adoption application does not guarantee adoption of any animal.

ACAS does not give any guarantee regarding the health, temperament or training of any of the animals.
Once you have completed the adoption questionnaire, Kaz will endeavor to get back to you with 3 days. Kaz will then arrange a home visit to discuss your application and the suitability of your home for the animal you wish to adopt.
Following that, a decision will be made regarding the most suitable candidate for the adoption of the animal.
All animals adopted out by Kaz / ACAS, will be microchipped to Kaz (dogs, cats and any other animal microchips can safely and humanely be implanted into). They will remain chipped to Kaz for a minimum of 6 months.
ACAS's Karina O'Carroll, has been granted an exemption from holding an animal trader licence in accordance with regulation 5A(1) of the Public Health (Animals and birds) (Trading and Breeding) Regulations, Cap. 139B. Exemption number: IND-00117
